Horseradish Cream Sauce

1 c. sour cream
3 T. horseradish
2 tsp lemon juice
2 scallions, finely chopped
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste


This is a great accompaniment to steak or beef fondue... especially if you're married to a horseradish fanatic... like I am!
