Bring to a soft ball :
1 cup butter
1 cup caro syrup
1 cup brown sugar
Take from heat. Add slowly 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (works best to gradually add hot caramel to milk until warm and then add to the rest of the caramel). Coats 4-6 quarts popcorn.
